Sessions focus on building emotional safety, improving communication, and fostering resilience, honoring each partner’s story while supporting the relationship’s growth.
Collateral sessions are scheduled meetings with individuals closely involved in an established client’s life — such as parents, partners, or caregivers. These sessions support the therapeutic process through insight-sharing and coordination, but do not constitute treatment for the collateral participant. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are billed separately.
